This is an interesting news article/case which we’ll be curious to see how it turns out. As usual with these kinds of cases, the real target is most likely the property owner’s property insurance.
This suit should give folks pause before starting their own Air BNB type business. Before starting any hospitality business, you should make sure you are protected with adequate insurance and consult an attorney regarding creating a limited liability corporation or other business entity to provide liability protection for your personal assets.

    I would like to know do y’all do cases on spiders because I got bit on my job my two black spiders why I was driving a go-kart to turn off two alarms at my job I ended up going to the hospital the same night I was in Methodist hospital in Cypress
