James Greer focuses his practice on commercial litigation, employment law, and personal injury work. He has experience in a variety of industries including oil and gas, utilities, professional services, banking, and insurance. James has practiced in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and in front of arbitration panels. In addition to his civil litigation experience, James has tried over a dozen criminal matters in municipal court.
Prior to becoming an attorney, James worked as a certified public accountant in the tax department of two of the “Big Five” accounting firms. During his time in public accounting, James addressed tax issues for corporations, private equity groups, and individuals. His experience as a CPA makes him uniquely valuable in cases that require financial or tax guidance.
